I focus on strength training, fat loss, and menstrual cycle-based training to help women build muscle, get stronger, and feel better overall. My approach is centered around proper form, progressive overload, and realistic nutrition, while also adjusting training based on different phases of the cycle to support performance and recovery. I work with women who want structure, consistency, and results that actually last without extreme methods.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and wellness professional with over a decade of  experience helping individuals improve their health, performance, and overall quality of life. I bring a well-rounded background in  fitness coaching, behavior change, and program development, combining evidence-based  training methods with a highly personalized, client-centered approach. I worked across corporate wellness, private training, and  rehabilitation settings. I designed and implemented customized fitness and wellness  programs, led engaging group sessions, and delivered educational workshops focused on  sustainable lifestyle change. My experience also includes managing trainers, driving program  engagement, and using data-driven strategies to track progress and improve client outcomes.  I have strong communication skills and motivational coaching style, and empower clients to build consistency, adopt healthier habits, and achieve long-term success.

I am results-driven nutrition professional with hands-on experience in community health, public assistance programs, and client-centered nutrition counseling. Experienced in the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, providing nutrition education, participant assessments, and benefit support to diverse populations. I have a strong background in healthcare operations, data management, and quality improvement through roles in hospital and medical center settings. Bilingual in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with multicultural communities. Recognized for being organized, dependable, and adaptable while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

I am a Natural Integrative Health Practitioner and Yoga Acharya specializing in traditional natural health, restorative lifestyle practices, movement, nutrition, and stress regulation. With years of immersive study in traditional yogic healing systems, my approach is rooted in time-tested principles designed to help individuals address both acute and chronic health conditions at the root through personalized guidance, lifestyle transformation, and restorative practices. My work focuses on improving vitality, resilience, function, and long-term well-being while helping individuals reconnect with the body’s innate healing capacity and open the door to greater human potential and possibility. I specialize in Yoga Psychology, rooted in ancient yogic science. It focuses on rewiring the subconscious patterns that drive behavior. I practice Yoga Nidra, a time-tested therapeutic practice, of accessing the deeper mind, releasing stress and conditioning, and establish new patterns—making lasting change feel natural and effortless.
